Details of the registration fees:

1. Each regular registration covers one paper of 10 to 20 pages

2. If the paper exceeds 10 pages, each additional page (starting from page 11) costs 55 SGD / 50 USD / 300 RMB.
3. Registration fees include the conference proceedings, lunches, gifts, and access to all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not cover:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fees
• Transportation
5. Each paid registration covers only one paper. An additional paper from the same first author can be registered by paying an extra fee of SGD 600.
6. Other co-authors or accompanying persons may register as listeners.

Property Safety:

For your property safety, please take care of your belongings. Valuables should be deposited at the front desk during the conference. The conference organizers shall not be responsible for any lost items.

 

Accommodation:

 Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Delegates need to reserve rooms themselves, and we advise reserving rooms as early as possible. In addition to the conference hotel, you are free to reserve nearby accommodations.

Refunds Policy
If participants request cancellation and a refund for personal reasons, the following policy applies:
• Cancellation 60 days or more before the conference: 70% refund
• Cancellation 30–59 days before the conference: 50% refund
• Cancellation within 30 days of the conference: no refund
 

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted formally via email.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to change the dates and venue of the conference due to force majeure.
• The committee shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from force majeure events, and the refund policy will not apply in such cases.
